Acaster Safety Management have considerable experience in producing bespoke policy documents. As required by Section 3 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, it is the duty of every employer to prepare and revise a written statement of his general policy with respect to the health and safety at work of his employees and the organisation and arrangements for carrying out that policy. This is a statutory requirement for those organisation's with five or more employees.
Evidence of a valid Health and Safety Policy is normally required by prospective clients and insurance providers.
