Acaster Safety Management specialises in fulfilling the role of CDM Coordinator as detailed under the CDM Regulations 2007:
- To provide expert advice to the client to enable them to meet their duties under the Regulations
- Undertake pre-qualification competency checks on contractors and designers
- Review designs to ensure that suitable and sufficient consideration has been given to health and safety both during the construction process and in terms of future repair and maintenance activities
- Submit notifications to the Health and Safety Executive
- Gather and present pre-tender health and safety information
- Advise the client on the adequacy of the Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan
- Compile and issue the Health and Safety File.
